About Us

Named for its large, verandah-style balconies with breathtaking views of Tampa Bay and protected wetlands, Grande Verandahs on the Bay is a condominium association, located within the city limits of Saint Petersburg. Our community is comprised of three buildings (constructed between 2005 and 2007) and a total of 84 individually-owned units, ranging in size from 2,013 square feet to about 2,187 square feet. Situated on the east end of Gandy Boulevard, close to the Gandy Bridge, our convenient location provides easy access to downtown Tampa, downtown Saint Petersburg, Tampa International and St. Pete-Clearwater International airports, a number of sports and entertainment venues, and a wide variety of shopping and dining experiences. Residents have access to a community-owned clubhouse, pool, heated jacuzzi, and fitness center.
